Anthony D. Luisi of Stoneham, formerly of The North End of Boston, died on June 6.

A past member Assunta Lodge, Knights of Columbus of the North End, he was the beloved husband of more than 50 years of Barbara ( Toscano) Luisi; devoted father of Anthony and his wife, Kimberly of the North End, Christine Lottatore and her husband, Mark of Burlington,and Deborah Luisi of the North End; dear brother of Joseph, Louis and Paul Luisi, Marianne Pepicelli, Joanne Sarro and the late Robert Luisi; cherished grandfather of Marco, Nico, Sofia, Anthony and Ava and is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews,

Alvaro ‘Johnny’ Paolo

North End Resident

Alvaro “Johnny”Paolo of Boston’s North End died on June 5. He was 67 years old.

The cherished son of the late Pasquale and Maria Paolo, he was the husband of Mary Jane Paolo; father of Linda LoPriore and her husband, Michael, Jayme Pereira, and John Paolo, and grandfather of Michael and Vincent LoPriore and Christopher Pereira, all of Boston’s North End. He is also survived by his brother Armando Paolo and his wife, Dorothy of Arlington and by many loving nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Stephano Paolo of Boston, and the late Eleanor and her husband, Stephen of Winchester and the late Liberata Parlante of Boston.

Michael ‘Magee’ Petrigno

Of Medford, formerly of the North End

Michael A. “Magee” Petrigno of Medford, formerly of Boston’s North End, went home to be with the Lord on June 5.

He was the beloved husband of Assunta “Susie” (Oddi) Petrigno; loving father of Adele Petrigno Saunders and her husband, Ralph of Chatham, Susan Petrigno O’Connell and her husband, Cliff of Dracut and the late Marie Meola and Roy Murray; cherished grandfather of Christopher Saunders, Amanda Blais, Michelle and Melissa Murray; loving great-grandfather of eight great-grandchildren; dear brother of Fred “Freddie” Petrigno of the North End, William “Billy” Petrigno of Medford and Florida and the late Justo and Anthony Petrigno.

Francis J “Frankie” Dente of Revere, formerly of East Boston, died unexpectedly on June 2. He was 57 years old.

He was the beloved husband of Lois Buttiglieri Dente of Revere; devoted father of Diandra Leigh Dente of Revere; loving son of Frank and the late Patricia (Powers) Dente of East Boston; dear brother of David and his wife, Lisa of Wakefield, Mary Messina and her husband, Anthony of Danvers and Erica Dente of the North End of Boston.
