Kayla Noel Walsh of Everett died unexpectedly on December 20 after a courageous battle with chronic illness. She was 22 years old.
She was the devoted and caring daughter of Elena Cacciola-Walsh of Everett and Michael Walsh of Westwood; proud sister of Michael and Jenna Walsh, both of Everett; adored granddaughter of Helen Cacciola of Everett, Frank and Cathy Walsh of Dorchester and the late Biagio Cacciola; beloved niece of Lucille and Pat Keefe of Everett and the late Joseph Cacciola and dear companion of the late Anthony Ciampi. She is also survived by many loving cousins and friends.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Entombment was in Woodlawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Contributions in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-1942 would be sincerely appreciated.

Maria Greco of Boston’s North End died on December 15. She was 86 years old.
She was the loving wife of the late Anthony Greco and cherished daughter of the late Vito and Maria (Leone) DiBenidetto. She leaves her beloved daughter Rosemarie Hanley and her husband, Norman of Weymouth; her son, Charles Greco and his wife, Theresa of Braintree and her cherished grandchildren Charles Greco and Lisa Marie Greco of Braintree, Anthony Greco and Diane, Brian, Michael and Sarah Hanley of Weymouth and five adoring great-grandchildren.

The proprietor of Cap’s Auto Livery, he was the beloved father of David and his wife, Susan of Lynnfield, Louis and his partner, Sharon Winston of North Reading, Lori and her husband, Daniel Brown of Wakefield; son of the late Louis “Louie Cap” and Anna (Anzuoni) Capodilupo; brother of Stephen Capodilupo of the North End and Carol and her husband, Anthony Meriano of Revere; grandfather of Michael and Alex Capodilupo and Christopher Brown and uncle of Anthony and Stephen Meriano.

Esther (Ceci) Salerno of Boston’s North End died on December 16. She was 85 years old.
She was the beloved wife of the late Richard Salerno Sr.; cherished mother of Richard Salerno, Jr. and his wife, Maria of Medford and Constance Casale of Woburn; loving grandmother of Richard, Michael, and Joseph Salerno and Kenny and his wife, Amy, Matthew, and Kristin Casale; great grandmother of Isabella and Mariella Casale; caring sister of Anthony Ceci of New Hampshire and his late wife, Catherine, and the late Mary Bosco and Angelina Ceci. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
