Pool Event a Big Success

Sponsored by The Highland Street Foundation, Boston Mayor Thomas Menino’s Rockin Pool Party was held at the Boston Center’s Youth Families Mirabella Pool on a hot Sunday afternoon.

Hundreds of North End residents, families and pool members attended the summer event that featured a free cookout, swimming games, giveaways and summer programming information.

His honor attended the fun filled event which ran from 1-3pm.
