The North End Little Leaguers opened the season against Braintree losing 8-2.
Aaron Cronin and Robert Pagliuca led the team offense with 1 hit each. Michael Perez had a two RBI single and Aariyand Aminpour and Andrew Olivio both scored a run.
Team DeMarco played a very good Randolph team losing their second game 12-1.
Coach Vilar used several pitchers but Randolph kept scoring on several hits and a few errors.
Andrew Olivio had a walk and a single for the North End team.
Game three versus Marshfield turned out to be another loss for Team DeMarco 10-4.
Trailing 5-0, the team made a good comeback closing the gap to 5-4 but that’s all they could muster.
Aarie Aminpour had a single and scored a run. Robert Pagliuca had an RBI and scored a run. Aaron Cronin had a single and also scored a run.
Sean Byrne led the hitting attack going 2-2, two singles.
Solomon Taieb and Robert Pagliuca played solid defense.
