Eighteen teams competed in the 10th annual Johnny Paolo Memorial Bocce Tournament hosted by the North End Against Drugs (NEAD) North End Family Fun Festival held at the new bocce courts named and dedicated to Paolo.
Natalie DeMarco and Joe Blazo, Sr. of the Friends of the North End captured the 2021 tournament that raises funds for NEAD’s scholarship fund.
Linda Lopriore (John’s daughter) organized the tournament in honor of her father who was a North End activist.
