Two Neighborhood Teams Compete In North2South Classic

Little Leaguers from the North End and South End recently squared off in the North2South annual baseball classic, two-game series, once again sponsored by House Ways and Means Chair Aaron Michlewitz.

The classic (home and home games) featured some of the best players from each neighborhood.

“All the players and coaches look forward to competing in this special baseball series,” NEAA Baseball Coordinator John Romano said.

NEAA Baseball Com-missioner Ralph Martignetti thanked Rep. Aaron Michlewitz for “providing a great continuous baseball classic between the two neighborhoods.”

“The classic offers the Little Leaguers a competitive baseball series that will hopefully continue for many more years,” he said.
