Annual Christmas Parade Set for Dec 9

The North End Athletic Association (NEAA) will conduct its annual 2018 North End Christmas Parade through the streets of the neighborhood starting at Puopolo Park at 1 p.m. with the arrival of Santa Claus by helicopter on Sunday, December 9.

Hundreds of children and families turn out for this special holiday event each year to meet Santa and many other characters that will be a part of the parade, which everyone participates in.

The parade is held in association with the Taste of the North End, the Nazzaro Center, North End Against Drugs and the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Tourism and Special Events.

In case of inclement weather, the parade will be held on the following Sunday, December 16 same time, same place.
