RUFF Coordinates Giving Month for Animal Control

Responsible Urbanites For Fido (RUFF) has chosen Boston Animal Control (BAC) as the organization to collect donations for. BAC is in need of several items for the shelter.

In partnership with PolkaDogBakery, 57 Salem Street, items will be collected throughout November in a collection been located in the store.

PolkaDogBakery will donate a bully stick for every $25 off by-weight treats purchased during the Giving Month program.

BAC has been a huge support to RUFF throughout their North End dog park building process and have gotten to know their amazing team of officers, seen and heard their needs to help lost and abandoned animals of Boston, both cats and dogs.

“This team (BAC) is a group of unsung heroes and a very special organization that needs our support,” according to RUFF members.

RUFF hopes that its membership and friends will come together this November and donate items to animals in need.
