MBTA Retail Concession Opportunities

The MBTA will release an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to lease ten separate retail concession locations, including spaces at the following subway stations: Porter Square, Sullivan Square, and Oak Grove. Other opportunities exist at the following Commuter Rail stations: Route 128 in Westwood, Norwood Central, Needham Junction, Swampscott, West Concord, and Lynn.

The MBTA seeks to provide a variety of retail and concession opportunities to its patrons while also generating non-fare revenue for the MBTA. This ITB will provide the rare opportunity to lease retail concession space at some of the MBTA’s most active Commuter Rail stations.

Interested bidders should download the Invitation to Bid to view these opportunities.
