In response to community feedback, City of Boston residents are now able to see every small cell wireless radio operating within city limits. For details visit www.boston.gov.

The Boston Landmarks Commission has teamed up with the Climate Ready Boston staff to create a panel to start a conversation about climate change and how it may affect Boston’s built environment and specifically historic structures.

The Boston Bikes team up for a Connect Historic Boston (CHB) bike ride along the City’s cycle track will be held on Friday, June 22 starting at 5:30 PM from South Station and conclude near a Red Line T-stop.

A limited number of Blue Bikes will be available for the ride, free of charge. Helmets are required and a waiver must be signed. Register for the event at www.eventzilla.net.

Mayor Walsh has filed an amended ordinance establishing guidelines for short-term rentals in Boston to preserve housing affordability.

NSC events held/upcoming schedule

Dignity Memorial recently sponsored a Bingo at the North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center. There were some neat prizes for the winners.

A great trip to Rockport was taken by the Center with both lunch and snacks.

Senator Joe Boncore, Representative Aaron Michlewitz and Councilor Lydia Edwards sponsored the bus.

A Father’s Day Party will be held at the Center, 1 Michelangelo Street on Friday, June 15 at 12 PM. Dads and those who wish to attend and celebrate a special dad are welcome.

An Independence Day Party will take place at the Center on Friday, June 29. All seniors and friends are welcome to attend and enjoy traditional holiday foods.
