A day trip to Rockport has been organized by the North End/West End Neighborhood Service Center for Wednesday, May 30 for local residents from the two communities.
The bus trip starts at 9 a.m. at the Paul Revere Mall and 9:20 a.m. at the Amy Lowell House in the West End and returns at 5 p.m.
Senator Joe Boncore, Representative Aaron Michlewitz and City Councilor Lydia Edwards will sponsor the bus.
A fee of $27 covers lunch, all gratuities and snacks. Do by Monday, May 11 at 4:30 p.m. Limited to 50 people. Seats will be confirmed upon payment.
Lunch options: crab cake entrée, grilled salmon, grilled chicken and cheese sandwich, baked haddock great crumb topping or fish and chips plate. Soft drinks or coffee included. Side dishes, dessert or alcohol separate charges.
