ISD Board to Review North End Requests

Several proposals related to the North End community will be heard by the Boston Inspectional Services (ISD) Department Board of Appeals on Tuesday, November 28 starting at 10:30 a.m. This is a public hearing and comments will be accepted by the Board.

  1. Anthony Virglio plans to renovate the existing basement at 433-49 Hanover Street and add stairs.
  2. Antonelli Longo is proposing to change the occupancy at 25-29 Prince Street from one family dwelling and restaurant use to only restaurant with handicap access to new second floor restaurant area.
  3. Construction plans for 5, 7, and 9 Jerusalem Place for the family units on available parking lot.
