ISD Defers 173 Endicott Street Project

The City of Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) acted on two North End requests.

A request by the owner of 173 Endicott Street to construct a five-story, nine residential building with some indoor garage parking was deferred until November by the Board.

The Board approved a request by Thad Seymour to replace finishes at 27-29 North Washington Street as needed including new rough electrical and plumbing to meet code, a new

HAV new monitored alarm and sprinkler system.
