December happenings at Boston Public Market

Get in the spirit of the Boston Public Market (BPM) with weekly live holiday tunes, Christmas trees sold on the plaza, family-friendly classes, demonstrations, holiday meal ingredients, pasta of the month, festive seasonal events and much more.

Check out the market’s 40 vendors locally sourced and produce seasonal meats, dairy, seafood, bread, prepared and specialty items.

Shopping for a New England native, a relative, a food lover, a beer aficionado or for your own family, BPM has something for everyone including gift cards, curated, ready-made gift baskets, chocolate gift sets, tea samplers, centerpieces, pasta gift boxes, tableware and accessories.

Special events include:

  • Dec. 14, 5-7 PM. A night of wine, cheese, conversation and gingerbread house decorating.
  • Dec. 14+18, 12 noon-2 PM. Seasonal craft workshops.
  • Dec. 16, 5-7 PM. Hopsters grand spirits tasting.
  • Dec. 18, 4-6 PM. Hands on pasta making workshop.
  • Dec. 29, 5:30-8 PM. Farm-to-Kitchen cooking class.

Boston Public Market will be launching its first seasonal quote for featuring its Dinner Tonight recipes.
