MBTA users can now, for the first time, track the daily reliability levels of the four subway lines and all 750 bus routes through the newly created performance dashboard that provides the public the ability to look at the lines or routes for an entire day or just during rush hour periods.
The MBTA’s goal is to apparently make the transit system one of the best in the country. This kind of service will go a long way to make this a reality.
The Dashboard reflects a priority by the “T†that should make a real difference when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
Being able to log on to www.mbtabackontrack.com will prove instant and a helpful information for the thousands of public transportation users.
