Request For Proposals for the sale of real property, Parcel 11A in the North End are now being accepted by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT).
Proposals for the fee simple sale of approximately two, 9500 square feet of land located at the corner of Hanover and Cross Streets.
Terms and conditions for the sale are described in the RFP issued by MassDOT on November 18, 2015. A copy of the Proposals are available by visiting www.mbtarealty.com.
All proposals must be submitted on forms provided in the RFP and are due no later than 2pm on January 21, 2016. Bids will be publicly opened at the offices of Massachusetts Realty Group on the 21st.
Interested parties can submit questions in writing by 4pm on January 7, 2016 to the realty group.
           A pre-bid conference will be held at the site at 2pm on December 17, 2015.
