Earl and Joanne Cate Receive Good Neighbor Award

Earl and Joanne Cate who sponsored the Triangle Garden in on Commercial Street were the recipients of the North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association Good Neighbor Award presented to residents and/or businesses that help keep the community clean, healthy and beautiful.

“This coupled deserves the recognition for their contribution to our community,” NEWRA member Janet Gilardi said.

            She also noted the “Great job Teddy Pasto and Sal Bartolo do maintaining the gorgeous garden.”
