LaMattina Supports Capital Budget For North End Projects in FY 2016

Boston City Councilor Sal LaMattina voted for the city’s capital projects for fiscal year 2016.

The Councilor whose district includes the North End/Waterfront community noted that the capital budget includes many new and continued projects in the neighborhood.

New projects include work at Christopher Columbus Park, Langone and Puopolo Parks.

Projects currently in design, North Square Redesign, Rachel Revere Square refurbishing and projects at both Eliot School facilities on Commercial and North Bennet Streets.

            LaMattina praised his Council colleagues and Mayor Martin Walsh’s administration for approving the capital budget.
