Successful Florida restaurant and night club business owner;Â formerly of Revere
Robert Louis Caprio of Coral Springs, Florida, formerly of Revere, passed away suddenly in the Dominican Republic on January 1. He was 55 years old.
Robert was a 1977 graduate of Christopher Columbus High School in Boston. He attended Central Florida College in Orlando and went on to become a successful business owner in the restaurant and night club business. Robert was respected and loved by all his employees as well as by his closet friend and business partner of 15 years, Phil Gori.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Beth Caprio, son, Tye Ridolfi and daughters, Sinclaire Caprio, Ashley Porcaro and her husband, Steven Porcaro, all of Florida. Robert was the beloved son of Carmen Rauseo Caprio of Juno Beach, FL and the the late Louis W. Caprio, Sr. of Revere. He was the brother of Louis W. Caprio, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth Caprio of Miami, FL and the late Lucille DiFlumeri of Revere and is also survived by his loving in-laws, Irving and Rose Dorffman of Florida, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members from the Boston, S. Florida and North West areas.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated with family and friends at St. Mary of The Assumption Church in Revere on Saturday, June 6 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made in Robert’s memory to the Franciscan Mission Associates, at 274-280 West Lincoln Ave. PO Box 598, Mount Vernon, NY 10552-1018, c/o Ms. Madeline Bonnici, Exec.
