Expressing their support for earned sick time (Question 4) State Representative Aaron Michlewitz joined workers, business owners, community leaders and grass roots volunteers at the North End Community Health Center on Hanover Street to canvass to ensure hundreds of thousands of Massachusetts families can receive this benefit.
“Question 4 would guarantee every worker in Massachusetts access to the benefit of earned sick time and prohibit employer retaliation against workers who take time off due to illness,” Michlewitz noted.
Reportedly, Question 4 is supported by over 240 community organizations, faith groups, labor unions, businesses and civic leaders including the Alliance for Business Leadership in the state’s leading hospitals and healthcare providers.
