North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) has a new President of the Board of Directors.
Diane Borriello Royle, formally of the West End, recently moved to the North End where her father was born on Henchmen Street and her daughter Jen lives nearby.
She and her late husband Frank, resided in Mansfield where they raised their three children.
Diane also served on the Conservation Commission, elected to the School Committee for nine years and the Board of Selectmen for six years.
She left politics to become President of the Mansfield Music and Arts Society and hosted her own Cable/TV program for ten years, interviewing non-profit organizations and promoting their mission and fundraising efforts.
“I recently moved to the North End to return to my roots. I love living in the North End and I am especially excited to be President of NEMPAC,” she said.
She added, “I look forward to working with our dynamic and diversified Board of Directors and our professional Executive Director Sherri Snow and her staff.”
Diane noted, “I can assure the North End community and surrounding areas that NEMPAC will enhance its outreach and continue to offer quality programs for children and adults.”
