Boston Police North End Public Meeting May 6

The District A-1 Boston Police North End Public Safety monthly meeting is scheduled for this Thursday, March 6 at 6:30 PM in the Nazzaro Community Center, 30 North Bennet Street.

These monthly meetings offer residents the opportunity to make suggestions, express opinions and relate concerns to police on a first hand basis.

Police will also provide Part 1 crime statistics that have occurred over the past 30 days.

The recent sexual assault in the North End will most likely be a topic of discussion at the public meeting.

Sergeant. Gary Eblan from the Boston Police Department will be on hand to teach his self-defense class “Street Smarts: Reducing Your Odds” in response to the recent sexual assault that occurred in the North End.

This event is sponsored by Councilor Sal LaMattina and other local elected officials, is free and open to the public. All residents are encouraged to attend.
