Public Comment Period Hearing for Government Center Project

An extremely important public hearing was held by the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) regarding the potential development of the Government Center Garage by Bulfinch Congress Holdings, LLC.

The meeting was held to discuss the Project Notification Form (PNF) filed with the BRA for the proposed development of the Government Center Garage located at One Congress Street.

The proposed project consists of three new buildings that will include office, residential, hotel and retail uses for an approximate total of 2.9 million square feet of prime Boston property. Reportedly, parking will be made available for approximately 1,159 spaces.
