Frank Buscanera
US Postal Service Retiree, Past Member of K of C of the North End
Frank Buscanera of East Boston died on March 4. He was in his 87th year.
A late employee of the US Postal Service, he was a past member of Knights of Columbus of the North End and St. Vincent DePaul Society of Assumption Church.
He was the beloved husband of Lillian (DeLeo); devoted father of Lena Mangino and her husband, Frank of Peabody, Gregg Buscanera of Salem, NH and Ann Marie Marrone of East Boston; dear brother of the late Vincenzo Buscanera, Mary DeLeo and Michael Buscanera; cherished grandfather of seven and great grandfather of six.
His Funeral will be held from the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., East Boston on Friday, March 8 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Celebration of his life in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Sumner Street, East Boston at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting Hours will be on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. Services will conclude with Frank being laid to rest in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park.
