Carlo ‘Carlino’ Caso

Of Medford, formerly of the North End

Carlo “Carlino” Caso of Medford, formerly of Boston’s North End and Passo di Mirabella, Italy, died on November 6.

He was the beloved husband of 67 years of Rachela Divina (DeSimone); son of the late Samuele and Maria (Moscaritolo) Caso; devoted father of Mary Zingariello of Melrose, Lena DiPrizio and her husband, Louis of North Reading and Pena Forman of Stoneham; loving Papa of Lisa D’Arcangelo and her husband, David, Vincent Zingariello and his wife, Monica, Jennifer DiPrizio, Danielle Pucillo and her husband, Vincent, Lauren Marolda and her husband, Matthew, Michael Forman, Marissa O’Leary and her husband, Brian; loving great grandfather to Isabella, Carmine, Sofia, Joseph and Nicholas and dear brother of the late Giuseppe, Raffaele, Guirino, Elena Ciarcia and Giovannina DeSimone. Gilda D’Amato

North End Resident

Gilda (Federico) D’Amato of Boston’s North End died on November 6. She was 92 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Antonio D’Amato; loving daughter of the late Pasquale and Maddalena (Tiberi) Federico; cherished mother of Anna (D’Amato) Ventresca and her husband. Mario of Boston; adored grandmother of the late Domenic Ventresca and his widow, Rachel of Woburn, Sandra Ventresca and her husband, Giovanni DeDona of Medford, and Lisa Ventresca of Boston; caring sister of the late Roger Federico, Rosa Federico, and Antonina Centofanti. She is also survived by her loving great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Jennie Russo

North End Resident

Jennie Russo of Boston’s North End died on November 4. She was 86 years old.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Carmine and Rose (Santasousso) Coviello and loving wife of Mario A. Russo. She leaves her beloved daughter Gretchen Fiscus and her husband, Daniel, and three adoring grandchildren, Kamryn, Danny and Delaney of Lynnfield. She is also survived by siblings Carmine and Elena and by many loving nieces and nephews.
