A developer for the vacant parcel known as Parcel 9m has not yet been selected by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) according to NEWRA co-chair of Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee David Kubiak.
Parcel 9 is located between the North End Park and the Haymarket Pushcart Vendors area, bound by Surface Artery, Hanover, Blackstone and North Streets.
