Five Requests on ZLC Committee Agenda

NEWRA Zoning, Licensing and Construction Committee at tonight’s (10-23-12) monthly meeting has five agenda items open for discussion.

The meeting will be held at 7pm at the Mariners House, 11 North Square.

The tentative agenda includes…

93 Endicott Street, Jose Faria, seeks zoning relief to construct a roof deck on the 4-story building for private use by the fourth floor unit.

3 Wiget Street, Nick D’Amore has filed an appeal for Zoning Code relief to construct a building at 3 Wiget Street that will expand the living space of 92-96 Salem Street (the “Wild Duck” building) from 5 apartments to 11 apartments.

78-80 Salem Street, Chris Young has filed an appeal for Zoning Code relief to add a second-floor addition to the existing one-story building and extend the existing restaurant use (Trattoria Pulcinella) to the proposed second floor.

5 Tileston Place, Nigel Jacob has filed an appeal for Zoning Code relief to add a fourth floor penthouse and roof deck to the residential building.

50 Snow Hill Street, David Thyresson has filed an appeal for Zoning Code relief to expand the existing head house on the roof of the single family building.
