Coppola Receives Good Neighbor Award from the Clean Streets Committee

Johanna Coppola of Margaret Street was recently presented the Good Neighbor Award for helping to keep the North End clean by clearing debris and clutter from the sidewalk and curb in front of her home.

Coppola was selected by a closed ballot of several people and businesses that were nominated by the committee or other residents of the North End/Waterfront community.

“Johanna is well deserving of this award,” Gilardi said. “She consistently cleans on Margaret Street. We need more residents like her to chip-in to keep our neighborhood clean.”

The next Clean Streets Committee monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 13 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center, 30 North Bennet Street.
