Marie Napoleone

Sacred Heart Church devotee and receptionist

Marie Napoleone of Boston’s North End died on May 16. She was 94 years old.

She worked at the Charlestown Naval Ship Yard and upon her retirement became receptionist at the Sacred Heart Church in the North End where she was a devoted parishioner.

She was the cherished daughter of the late Giulia (DiBerto) and Settimio Napoleone; loving sister of Umberto “Al” Napoleone and his wife, Dorothy, of Westwood and the late Egidio “Jimmy” Napoleone and Rita Lucente; dear sister-in-law of Michael loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements were by the Boston Harborside Home, Boston. Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. www.bostonharborsidehome.com

Charles D’Arrigo

Of Woburn, formerly of the North End

Charles S. D’Arrigo of Woburn, formerly of the North End of Boston, died on May 16.

The beloved husband of Marie T. (D’Eramo) D’Arrigo, he was the devoted father of Stephen of Lebanon, ME, Peter and his wife, Lisa, of Woburn, and Paul of Burlington; loving grandfather of Christina, Peter, Joseph, and Brianna; dear brother-in-law of Bobbie D’Eramo of Newton and her late husband Joseph, and Elaine D’Eramo of Burlington and her late husband Domenic. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Emily M. Ducharme of Boston’s North End died on May 13. She was 88 years old.

She was the loving wife of the late Louis Ducharme; cherished mother of Douglas Ducharme and his wife, Debbie, Michael Ducharme and his wife, Leslie, and Dorene Patputseanos; beloved grandmother of Helena, Alex, Michael, Michelle, Christina, and Nicole and great grandmother of six. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
