Four agenda items will be discussed and possibly voted on at tonight’s (Feb. 15) North End/Waterfront Neighborhood Council monthly meeting.
The meeting was rescheduled from Monday, February 14 to tonight Tuesday, February 15 at 7pm in the Mariners House, 11 North Square because of planned Valentine Day activity in the Nazzaro Community Center.
Agenda items and requests include:
Esmaeil Mahdavi is seeking to change the legal occupancy at 196 Endicott Street to a four-family dwelling, creating a basement unit.
LaFamiglia Restaurant, Al Giorgio is requesting a Full Liquor License with closing hours of 11pm Sunday through Thursday and 12 midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
A request by CVS 215-221 Hanover Street is seeking zoning relief to install additional cooling units on the roof as part of interior renovations of the store.
A request to enclose two adjacent outdoor decks to increase living space at Units 712 and 713 at the Nasser Building, 357 Commercial Street.
The next NEWNC monthly meeting will be held on Monday, March 14 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center, 30 North Bennet Street.
