Four Items on NEWRA Agenda

Four voting items are scheduled to be discussed at the next North End/Waterfront Residents’ Association’s monthly meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 10 at 7pm in the Nazzaro Community Center, 30 North Bennet Street.

Three requests entailing changing closing hours to 1am, a beer and wine license transfer with no closing hour changes and a full liquor license.

Boston City Councilor Felix Arroyo will be NEWRA guest speaker. He will discuss his work and priorities in his first term in office and will answer questions from the membership and other attendees.

Damien DiPaola is requesting a transfer of the C.V. Malt, Wine and Cordials License held by Eclano Restaurant, 54 Salem Street for a new restaurant, Vito’s at the same location. The license has a 1am closing hour, seven days.

Marisa Iocco is seeking to transfer the C.V. Malt and Wine License  formerly exercised by Grezzo Restaurant,  to open a new restaurant, Marisa’s  at 78-80 Salem Street formerly Michael’s Salon. The license currently has an 11pm closing hour, seven days. No closing hour change has been requested.

Jorge Mendoza has requested an extended closing hour for Vinoteca di Monica, 143-145 Richmond Street to 1am seven days. Current closing hours are 11pm Monday through Thursday and 12am Friday through Sunday.

Albert Giorgio is seeking a Full Liquor License for LaFamiglia Giorgio, 112 Salem Street with closing hours of 11pm Sunday through Thursday and 12am Saturday and Sunday.
