Two Salem Street Proposals on NEWRA/NEWNC Agendas

Two requests for legal occupancy changes on Salem Street will be on the NEWRA and NEWNC monthly meeting at the Nazzaro Community Center this September 2010.

The potential owner/developer of 133 Salem Street (formerly Sheldon’s Discount Store) is seeking to change the legal occupancy from retail to retail on the first floor and four residential units on the second and third floors.

A request to change the legal occupancy and use at 65 Salem Street (formerly Go Bananas) from first floor retail with take-out to restaurant with take-out.

NEWRA monthly meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September 16 at 7pm.

NEWNC monthly meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 14 at 7pm.

Other agenda voting items could be added by either neighborhood groups.
