Ida Forte, 86

North End resident

Ida (Citroni) Forte of Boston’s North End died on June 28. She was 86 years old.

She was the beloved wife of the late Annibale "Chick" Forte; cherished mother of Danny Forte, Kenneth Forte and his wife, Angela, of Wilmington, Mary Forte of the North End, Lawrence Forte and his wife, Susan, of Billerica and Kathleen Pratt and her husband, Edward, of Salem, NH; loving grandmother of Richard, Marcus, Carissa, Jharid, Danielle, Danny, and John. She is also survived by her little buddy, Willy.

Onelia DiCenso, 70

North End resident

Onelia (Susi) DiCenso of Boston’s North End died on June 26 in Boston. She was 70 years old.

She was the devoted wife of the late Frank DiCenso; beloved daughter of Loretta and the late Domenic Susi of the North End; loving mother of Frank J. DiCenso and his wife, Debbie, of Andover, Loretta M. DiCenso of Woburn, Domenic M. DiCenso and his wife, Maria, of Lynn, and Tina L. DiCenso-Feming and her husband, Gary, of Boston’s North End; cherished grandmother of Nicholas, Victoria, Domenic, and Anthony.

Funeral arrangements were by the Boston Harborside Home of J.S. Waterman & Sons Waring-Langone. Entombment was at Holy Cross Mausoleum in Malden. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Onelia DiCenso to the North End Community Health Center, 332 Hanover St., Boston, MA 02113 or to a charity of one’s choice.
